Whom we are looking for?


Deputy Manager/Manager- New Business Development based in Gurgaon and Bangalore who will be an integral part of the North /South Sales Team and reporting to the North /South Region Sales Head.


what would you be responsible for ?


You would be the face of Automotive company while signing up new clients. You would be responsible for Hunting and securing long term contracts with large corporates for providing mobility & fleet management solutions for their employee cars and cars for their businesses. You will be expected to identify and customize the car lease proposal to large corporates by evaluating their requirement to ensure maximum penetration within corporates new to operating lease.


Your main responsibilities would comprise of:


  • Hunting and signing with large corporates offering them long term mobility and fleet management solutions through ALD car leasing. Achieving the annual target.

  • Confidently interacting regularly with CXOs of large corporations and provide them with solutions of required expectations, status updates, as well as work towards a growth plan by presenting car lease as a tool for bring in efficiency to mobility and employee satisfaction.

  • Being proactive in understanding client’s needs and requirements and suggest workable solutions.

  • Generate leads through interacting with existing clients, dealers etc.

  • Making daily presentations to new clients, update pipeline on a regular basis

  • Driving marketing initiatives for attracting new companies to take on car leasing by sending out marketing related communication and conducting events

  • Closely working with the marketing team for conducting events

  • Regularly updating internal lead management tool with the status of leads.


What qualities should you have for us to consider you for this role ?


  • MBA would be preferred. Minimum qualification of a graduate is a must.

  • Work experience of 7-8 years in Corporate Sales that focuses on new client acquisition.

  • Strong communication skills – written and oral with fluency in English and the local language.

  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

  • Strong account management and relationship building skills.

  • Savvy and easy to adapt to digital tools.

  • Effective in usage of social media platforms especially LinkedIn for better connections & generating leads.

  • Key competencies required - Networking, Persuasion, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism & Strong command on MS Office tools.
