Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:


The primary focus of this role is to achieve the expected sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory through the desired contribution of new and existing products across all segments.

  • Achieve and deliver sales targets across all products through a focused approach in the Projects segment.

  • Ensure targeted contribution of new products to the overall sales as per the desired contribution.

  • Establish new products in the region and consolidate the market share of existing products.

  • Continuously work towards identifying new markets, expanding geographies and segments through focused and continuous business development initiatives, and taking appropriate actions.

  • Correctly identify customer needs and present a customized solution.

  • Identify and appoint stockiest, channel partners, specifiers, architect, builder, oem, end users and other professionals to expand the network.

  • Ensure trade discounting norms have been strictly adhered to.

  • Provide an enhanced customer experience by meeting customer SLA’s.

  • Timely resolve all customer issues leading to customer delight and customer stickiness.

  • Achieve the ‘daily sales outstanding (DSO) at the desired and expected levels.

  • Identify and report relevant market development, competition analysis, pricing, and scheme strategies, etc.

  • Ensure strict compliance towards customer documentation in line with the organizational policies.

  • Build effective relations with major customers, stockiest, agents, specifiers, panel builders, developer etc.

  • Provide relevant support to the specification and retail teams.

  • Design and organize local promotional strategies through participation in exhibitions/fairs/stockiest meetings/electrician meets/architects and interior designer meets, etc.


Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge and Experience


  • In depth understanding of both project and retail sales 

  • Should have exposure in solutions and product sales

  • Competent in managing stockiest


Qualification

Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
