Requirements
This role will demand working closely with Architects , Engineers, Designers , Contractors and End Users to promote company Lighting solutions.
Lighting controls & SMART features of Lighting solutions are gaining prominence , and knowledge of these will be additional qualities. It will help to create effective pitch to the Client.
KRAs
Build and maintain a healthy relationship with specifiers, installers and End Users to ensure , that we are able to share knowledge and information they require in most professional manner and in time.
Liaise with Specifiers , installers and end users to make them aware of our complete Lighting offering and services , developing lighting proposal, creating “Dialux” reports and commercial offers.
Convert project specifications into Business and manage delivery/commissioning.
Attend Trade shows to promote our Lighting offerings
Prepare relevant data , and responsible to achieve sales numbers thru this category of customers.
Ensure specifiers are updated with new technology in this evolving Lighting technology.
Essential Requirement
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years+ experience working at a professional level in the relevant sector and should be confident working with lighting solutions and SMART lighting .
Previous experience should demonstrate evidence of competence in following parameters:
Basic computer literacy
Collaborative working at a professional level
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision .
Previous experience in B2B sales role within Lighting sector.
Confidence in communication, one to one, and in seminars etc, both f2f and online .
Good communication skills are essential and the candidate should be able to demonstrate a high level of oral and written communications skills and ability to work within a team.
