DMS Management
Overseeing functioning of the Distributor Management Systems (DMS).
Ensuring new developments in DMS for improved functionality
Providing end to end support right from onboarding to daily functioning to channel partners.
Management Reporting and Data Analysis
Conduct training for distributors.
Required Qualification, Experience & Skills:
Degree / Diploma in Business Management
4-5 years’ experience in Sales IT out of which 1-2 yrs. should be in sales HO role
PC Know-how: Excellent MS-Office and Power points skills
work experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in building successful loyalty programs for clients with a Direct Marketing Agency or client side of a Loyalty Program.
Languages: excellent command of spoken and written English skills, interpersonal skills, & Strong process orientation
Customer Service orientation.
